This has got a good listing of image browsers. Good reviews. I need it for working with tons of icons used in development. I want to quickly get around and view stuff. These help. Imagebrowser and FFView are both quite good.

A quick summary of today’s odyssey: Xee, CocoView X, Footagehead are potential candidates for browsing, as is Pixelwalker. CocoaSlideshow will be kept, cause you never know and it’s just nice, plus ImageBrowser will stay on the disk for browsing other stuff than images.

And you know what? Holger is right. It’s a great tool that integrates into OS X’s context menu. Very nice. Still testing but it’s helpful and pretty intuitive, too.
